I received a copy of the contract for the bail bonds man i asked if for a print out showing me what i am being?
charged for in small claims court he gives me some mans name and number i call it is an investigation company i asked for a copy of the contract he states that they don't do contracts the only thing he can give me is a copy of a hand written receipt he gave to the bells bonds man showing he was paid is this legal and will it hold up in court.i received a copy from the bail bonds man i asked him for a print out showing the expenses i was being charged for.

I posted bond for someone,and fuorty two hours later they started expedition of said bond.I am now told once they accept bond they don't have the right by law to wait till they are ready to expidite said bond.They most do so imediatlly.
Bail bonds man question?
In 2006 I got bailed out.My bond was 50k and my premium was 5k.I paid the bondsman 3500 and still owed him 1500.I got a wrong warrant advisement 2 week later after I bailed out so my case was dropped.The bondsman called me today and said I had to pay 1900 and if I do not pay it by Tuesday he will go to small claims court.Do I still have to pay him since it has now been 3 years and my case has been dropped?And if I do have to pay him, why is it 1900 when I only owe him 1500?
